Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwiches...delicious name and super cute cookie! I am pretty sure the 'low fat' benefits of these tasty treats are quickly offset by the fact that one can easily consume two or more a day. They have flavours such as... Mint and Cookies & Cream .. which sounds delightful! Thinking about them is making my mouth water...They arent in New Zealand yet however... Go check out the website for more tantalising treats such as the Truffle bar...Perhaps they should aptly rename their brand Not-So-Skinny-Cow I think...
